In this 6-week series you will learn foundational tools to build core strength and alignment to take your practice upside down. As the title suggests, we will use the wall as our primary prop to help us build the confidence needed to move past fear and receive the endless benefits of inversions. Our primary focus will be crow, headstand, forearm stand, handstand.
