What is the september Yoga bundle?

Our Yoga program designed to help you integrate yoga and mindfulness into your routine. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, This practice offers a balanced approach to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

 
 
 

What’s Included?

In-Studio Yoga Sessions

  • Join a 60-minute live class every Tuesday at 5:45pm, available in person, virtually, or as a recording.

  • September 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th - one flow may be outside weather permitting.

On-Demand Video Library

  • Full access to enjoy short, guided videos focusing on gentle stretches and basic poses, perfect for all levels

  • Full access to recordings of full 60 minutes vinyasa practice

    • A: Links to the live classes will be provided via email. Recordings will also be available.

  • Q: What equipment do I need?

    • A: A yoga mat is recommended, but not required. Comfortable clothing and a quiet space are all you need.
